Clubs and Groups

The Alice Springs Bad­minton venue at The Mar­i­on Cen­tre, OLSH, Sadadeen com­pris­es four bad­minton courts; male and female toi­lets; a dis­abled toilet/​shower and a water cool­er. Two clubs orga­nize social bad­minton at this venue dur­ing the week and on the weekend. 

Alice Springs Bad­minton Club  — organ­is­es social bad­minton from 6:30pm to 8:30pm on Tues­day and Wednes­day nights and on a Sun­day after­noon from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Alice Lan­ka Bad­minton Club  — organ­is­es social bad­minton Fri­day nights from 6:30pm to 8:30pm and on Sun­day after­noon from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Bad­minton Basics for Juniors is a new pro­gram to teach bad­minton skills through drills and games with an empha­sis on hav­ing fun. Ses­sions are held at 1:30pm each Sun­day start­ing on 5^th Feb­ru­ary 2023.
